Getting here

The campsite is nestled directly on the South Downs Way providing an ideal base for exploring the eastern half of the National Park. The site is directly off the eastbound carriageway of the A27. The Ordnance Survey National Grid Reference is TQ368092 and can be found on OS Explorer Map 122.

Please be aware that this may take you to the top of a  slip road that runs parallel with the A27. Housedean Farm Campsite is located at the opposite end (east) of this slip road.

Arriving from the West

When heading East on the A27, pass the University of Sussex on the left and the American Express Football Stadium on the right. Follow the A27 for a further 1 mile. Upon emerging from a tunnel of trees you will soon see a bridge crossing the A27. Turn left immediately after the bridge into the layby and you will see Housedean Farm in front of you.

Arriving from the East

When heading West on the A27, follow signs to Brighton. After passing the Ashcombe/Kingston roundabout, you will soon see the Newmarket Inn on the left. After a further 0.5 miles, before the bridge over the A27, turn left into the layby (signposted Housedean Farm). Go over the bridge and follow the signs to the farm.
