+ We are a small, family friendly campsite so if you’re looking to have a party, to make excessive noise or disturb your camping neighbours then we are not the place for you. There is strictly no plugged in music at any time. We do welcome acoustic music around the campfire although all noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
+ We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties. Please don’t book and hope we won’t notice – because we will!
+ Any single sex groups or unaccompanied groups of under 21 year olds must agree their stay with us by phone/email before booking online.
+ Under 15s that are not accompanied by an adult are required to pay the full adult fee.
+ You are only guaranteed parking for 2 cars on your pitch. If you need to arrive in more than 2 cars, please let us know, but note it may be neccessary to park it/them away from your pitch.
+ There are occasions when the field gets too wet to drive on so in this event we may ask cars to be parked at the entrance of the campsite and for you to walk to your pitch. We will do our best to avoid this and will always be on hand to help carry any belongings.
+ Arrivals and departure times
Standard camping pitches Arrivals from midday – 8pm and departure 11am
Camping Pod Arrivals from 2pm – 8pm and departure 11am
Shepherd’s Hut Arrival from 3pm – 8pm and departure 11am
+ Depending on how busy we are, it may be possible to have day visitors. We must be informed of this in advance and there is a charge of £5 per person.
+ All dogs on site MUST be kept on a lead at all times and immediately cleared up after. If you bring any dog deemed dangerous, antisocial or in any way threatening you (or it) will be immediately asked to leave. You must let us know if you’re bringing a dog in the ‘additional stay details’ box at the end of the booking process.
+ The campsite is located on a busy working farm so please do not allow children (or adults) to stray outside the camping field boundaries.
+ There is a strict 5mph speed limit within the farm and camping field.
Any campers not adhering to any of the above terms and conditions may be asked to leave the site.
+ We are happy to refund 75% of your payment if given more than 30 days notice by email and 50% of your payment if you cancel your stay with us at least 15 days in advance. Any less notice than this and unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds.
+ Housedean Farm Campsite is used by all persons at their own risk. Camping at Housedean Farm only entitles you to access the camping field and the farm drive from the public road to the campsite itself. All other parts of the farm and fields are strictly prohibited. We are a working farm and parents should ensure children are properly supervised at ALL times and not allowed to stray from the camping field.
+ Whilst we make every effort to ensure a safe campsite we cannot accept responsibility for your possessions or personal injuries sustained whilst on the property or having campfires.
All our rates are inclusive of V.A.T
+ We collect your personal details, name, address, email, telephone number and credit card details when you place a booking, these details are used for the purposes of managing your booking and receiving your payment. Should you wish for your personal details to be removed from our booking database after your stay with us, or after cancelling your booking, you may instruct us to remove it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , please include your booking reference with this request.
If you opt in to our mailing list whilst placing your booking, we will add your name, address and email details to our marketing database, we will use these details in order to communicate with you in the future. All of our marketing emails will include the ability to have your data removed from our marketing database.
